REGISTRATION Information South Florida 2007

1. Fee Schedule
	A $200 deposit per course is required to hold your space.
	Full payment due 30 days in advance.

2. Written confirmation will be sent to you or e-mailed once we receive:
	Registration Application
	$200 per course deposit ($100 non-refundable)
Space is limited and applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Space will only be reserved upon the receipt of all application materials and deposit.


3. Certificate of Completion Course fees include:
	Course Workshop (s), manual(s)

4. Certification Course Fees include:
	Course Workshop(s), manual(s), Internship(s), Exam(s)

5. Payment can be made by: Check, Credit Card, or Money Order.

7. Cancellation Policy
	If cancellation is made 30 days prior to scheduled course date, $100 is non-refundable.
	There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to course date, however fees may be transferred to another course date within 1 year of original scheduled date.
